Flexitanks are inflatable bags that fit virtually into a standard 20 feet dry container, thus converting it into a virtual tanker with cumulative capacity from 12,000 to 24,000 liters and continue to be the worlds most cost effective method of transporting bulk non-hazardous and food grade liquids, they provide a broader range of handling capabilities, a higher pay load volume and a lower transport cost per liter than other traditional packaging options.

1. Inner Liner: 4-layer food grade virgin PE film
2. Outer Liner: 1 layer coated woven fabric
3. Capacity: 14000-24000 Liters
4. Load / Discharge valve: 3 or 2 inch butterfly valve or ball valve
5. Accessories:
1). Cardboard Bulkhead: 1 piece per set
2). Steel bar : 5pcs per set
3). Corrugated paper : 1 roll per set
4). Exhaust valve (optional)
5). Heating pad (optional)
Heating pad for discharging easy-crystalized liquids like honey, syrup, palm oil and animal oil etc from flexitank
Some commodities (like the fats and the palm oil) need to be heated before the discharging.
In that case the a heating pad set must be fitted prior the loading.
Before the discharging the flexitank will be warmed up by supplying hot water or steam.
The heating time depends on the commodity and the ambience temperature. |
